Mollia has experience supporting adults faced with different life concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, pain management, grief, living with a terminal illness, identity, self-empowerment, and other mental health concerns.

Mollia facilitates therapy sessions through a person-centred, humanistic, and mindfulness-based approach which focuses on the process of exploring life challenges without judgement and empowering the client's innate strengths or ways of healing. This includes art making, collaborative discussions, verbal expression, or guided meditation, held within a safe and confidential therapeutic space.
Karen completed her art therapy training at the Toronto Art Therapy Institute and has been in practice since 2002.
A Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Art Therapist, Karen has been employed with InnerArt Inc. since 2007.
During her time with InnerArt Inc., Karen has provided both individual and group art therapy for several community agencies She has also supported clients via InnerArt’s online clinic.
In 2021, Karen began her transition into an administrative role at InnerArt Inc. and is currently InnerArt Inc’s Clinic Manager.
Sharona is the founder and CEO of InnerArt Inc. She has practiced for over 25 years and is a highly regarded expert in the art therapy field. She is a dynamic presenter, author, educator, innovator and leader in healthcare and small business. She is passionate about creating opportunities to educate and raise awareness about art therapy.
Sharona divides her time between full-time leadership work at a Toronto area health care organization, managing InnerArt Inc and providing clinical supervision for Art Therapists across Canada. Sharona also holds the position of Governance & Government Relations for the Canadian Art Therapy Association (ex-officio Treasurer).
